Threadline is a registered nonprofit in Arizona. Our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is currently pending IRS approval. Upon approval, donations made after April 23, 2025 will be tax-deductible retroactively.

Threadline was founded on the belief that underrepresented communities already hold incredible changemakers within them. By fostering local collaboration, we believe these communities can build sustainable circular economies—systems that not only meet their needs but give them the agency to shape their futures on their own terms.
